Job summary

RethinkFirst, a remote-friendly employer in the United States, is seeking a strategic Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business.

You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or another complex solution environment, including 3+ years of people management.
• Proven ownership of a product, portfolio, or line of business with growth impact.
• Hands-on pricing/packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM, segmentation, and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers with clear priorities.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Collaborate with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps and investments.
• Develop market insights into actionable recommendations for investment and routes to market.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and differentiation for assigned businesses.
• Equip Sales and CS with narratives and tools to win, retain, and expand customers.
• Track adoption and performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
