Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business.

This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, in B2B SaaS or similar complex environment.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Hands-on pricing and packaging experience, including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers with clear priorities and standards.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps, commercial priorities, and growth plans.
• Define market and commercial strategy through research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, and price realization to inform go-to-market decisions.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned businesses; manage pricing and packaging.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements; enable cross-functional alignment.
