Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager in the United States to translate complex business needs into Sage Intacct-enabled software solutions. You will collaborate with developers, project managers and customers to design, test and deploy impactful financial software that drives client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science required.
5+ years consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or ERP/financial apps.
Experience communicating with customers and technical teams.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted engagement team member and lead design of software solutions.
Gather requirements, define solutions, and coordinate with development teams.
Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and features.
Define roll-outs of integrated solutions with Sage Intacct.
Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Train customer end-users and document business requirements.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.
