Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client requirements into software solutions with Sage Intacct expertise. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to deliver high‑impact financial software deployments and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, robust analytics, and ongoing learning within a fast‑growing firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications.
Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications and new software deployment.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

Responsibilities

Design and translate functional business requirements into software solutions.
Gather requirements with client stakeholders and coordinate with development teams to deliver.
Define project plans and ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution.
Conduct end-user training and support transition to professional services.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
Serve as escalation point for project issues.
