Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and clients to translate business needs into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or CS is required.
• 5+ years' experience consulting/implementing Sage Intacct or SaaS ERP.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into software solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff.
• Strong analytical and data mapping skills with Excel proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and support software solutions to achieve high customer adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and define solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct core modules and features.
• Define rollout plans for integrated Sage Intacct-based solutions.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time delivery and budget alignment.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements and processes.
• Respond to customer technical issues during system implementation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success.
