Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager in the United States to translate business requirements into software solutions with Sage Intacct focus. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to deliver value and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or other ERP/financial apps.
Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues.
Advanced proficiency with Excel for data mapping and migrations.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and support the development of software solutions to meet client requirements.
Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate them to functional specs.
Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and new features.
Define rollout plans for integrated solutions.
Develop project plans and ensure on-time delivery and budget.
Train customer end-users and document requirements.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.
