Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or computer science
• Five (5)+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or SaaS solutions
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems
• Experience assessing client requirements across various business processes
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating requirements
• Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) a plus
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for designing and supporting the development of software solutions
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test, and transition to the professional services team
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and stay current with product features
• Define and support rollout of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on business processes and best practices
• Develop and communicate project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and processes using BT practices
• Respond to customer technical support issues related to deployment of new solutions
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution
• Provide concise, high-quality communications and leadership aligned with customer goals
• Contribute to knowledge base and improve deployment methods
• Serve as escalation point for project issues
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm-wide learning programs
• Network and build relationships with clients and internal teams
