Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements in collaboration with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test unit and integrations, train, and support transition to the professional services team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Sage Intacct software including core and advanced modules and stay current with new features.
• Define and support rollout of customized solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans and support on-time delivery and budget.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes using Baker Tilly best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues related to system implementation of new solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
• Deliver concise, high-quality communications and leadership to align with customer goals.
• Contribute to deployment best practices and tools to improve repeatability.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
