Baker Tilly US is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client needs into Sage Intacct–integrated software solutions. You will collaborate with developers, project managers and customers to define requirements and deliver high-value outcomes.

The role offers growth in a fast‑growing firm, exposure to ERP and financial SaaS projects, and opportunities to mentor teammates while shaping deployment best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions and/or experience as a business analyst working with core accounting and finance software.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment desired.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting deployment.
• Define requirements in collaboration with client stakeholders and communicate with the development team.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Sage Intacct software and stay current with product features and enhancements.
• Define and support the rollout of integrated solutions based on customer business processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Train customer end-users and map system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
