Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager in the United States to collaborate with developers, project managers and clients to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.

You will work with Sage Intacct modules, design solutions, and lead project plans to ensure successful delivery, training, and ongoing client success in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science is required.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with analytics.
• Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and support software solutions meeting client requirements.
• Manage multiple customers to ensure high satisfaction and adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate to design.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and features.
• Define project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer users and document requirements.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Act as escalation point for project issues.
• Learn and grow through coaching and firm training.
