Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or ERP/financial SaaS.
• Experience communicating with customers and technical staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with client stakeholders and translate into software specs.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
• Define and roll out Sage Intacct‑integrated solutions based on client processes.
• Develop project plans and coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Train end users and support transition to services team.
• Document business requirements and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Act as escalation point for project issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
