Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, MIS or computer science or related field.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and development teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
• Define project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Learn Sage Intacct modules and stay updated on product features and enhancements.
• Develop and communicate solution designs that align with customer business processes.
• Train customer users and support transition to professional services.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues and drive customer satisfaction.
