Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers ownership from discovery to delivery, shaping solutions across the 3E Protect portfolio and related services.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value with business priorities, driving measurable outcomes and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, or regulatory compliance.
• B2B SaaS product management or enterprise platforms experience.
• Experience translating problems into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating or implementing business software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on planning and launches.
• Define success metrics and track adoption.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
