Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers ownership from discovery through prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement, shaping solutions across our 3E Protect portfolio.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to translate complex customer problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes, balancing safety, compliance, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• Experience in B2B SaaS product management with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking problems from discovery through planning, prioritization, and delivery focusing on outcomes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery and requirements through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and success criteria.
• Provide clear context, requirements, and trade-offs to engineering and other stakeholders; manage risk and measures of success.
• Own launch readiness, adoption tracking, and ongoing improvement for assigned product areas.
