3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers meaningful ownership from discovery through delivery, turning complex customer and business problems into clear product direction, from discovery and requirements through prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You’ll help shape solutions across our Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services, collaborating with Product,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/product platforms for complex solutions.
• Ability to translate problems into clear requirements and priorities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to ensure clear context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Evaluate workflows and opportunities, defining requirements and a path forward.
• Lead launch readiness, adoption tracking, and ongoing improvement for assigned areas.
