Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You’ll shape product direction from discovery through delivery, balancing customer value with business priorities while collaborating with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts.

You’ll contribute to the 3E Protect portfolio and related services, driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field
• B2B SaaS product management, commercial, or customer-facing experience with enterprise platforms
• Experience taking customer problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes
• Experience evaluating, implementing, improving, or replacing business software or applications
• Ability to create a path forward when the solution is not fully defined
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority
• Strong communication skills to translate needs into clear requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with adaptability to changing priorities
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and validate AI outputs
• Based in the US in states where 3E is authorized to hire and able to work without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solution approaches
• Bring structure to ambiguity by clarifying needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives considering customer value, business goals, and technical constraints
• Partner with Engineering and Product through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement
• Ensure teams are solving the right problems with clear context, requirements, and success criteria
• Evaluate workflows and opportunities for improvement and define a clear path forward
• Own launch readiness, adoption tracking, and ongoing improvement for assigned product areas
• Develop a deep understanding of customers and workflows through research and collaboration
• Influence stakeholders with market context and business priorities to drive outcomes
• Collaborate across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, subject matter experts, and operations
• Focus on measurable outcomes like adoption, satisfaction, retention, and business impact
• Communicate direction, decisions, and progress clearly to technical and leadership audiences
• Build cross-team alignment and manage evolving priorities
• Lead through influence and take accountability for product-area outcomes
• Operate as a business owner for assigned product areas
