Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers early ownership—from discovery to delivery—shaping problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, SMEs, and operations to deliver connected solutions and drive adoption. You’ll join an established team with leadership support, contributing to products like 3E Protect and related services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience, ideally with enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking customer or business problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, improving, or replacing business software or applications.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and create a path forward when the solution is not fully defined.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills to translate needs into clear requirements and solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in the US in a state where 3E is authorized to hire and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and measures of success in ambiguous situations.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives with customer value and business goals in mind.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvements.
• Ensure teams are solving the right problems by providing context, requirements, and success criteria.
• Evaluate workflows and opportunities for improvement with a defined path forward.
• Own launch readiness, adoption tracking, and ongoing improvement for assigned product areas.
• Develop deep understanding of customers and their workflows through research and feedback.
• Use insights to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, SMEs, and operations to deliver connected solutions.
• Focus on measurable outcomes: adoption, satisfaction, retention, and business impact.
• Communicate direction, decisions, trade-offs, and progress clearly to diverse audiences.
• Build alignment across teams and manage changing priorities.
• Lead through influence and take accountability for outcomes beyond feature delivery.
• Operate as a business owner for assigned product areas.
