Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This forward-looking role offers ownership from discovery through requirements, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement across 3E Protect and related services.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to turn complex customer needs into clear product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS product management for enterprise platforms.
• Experience taking problems from discovery to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating or improving business software or applications.
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery and improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing and others to define solutions.
• Ensure adoption tracking and post-launch improvements.
