Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers ownership from discovery to delivery, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and operations to balance customer value and technical constraints.

The ideal candidate will turn complex problems into clear requirements, drive prioritization and adoption, and deliver measurable business impact while focusing on safety, compliance, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or complex enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem discovery, requirements, prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems by clarifying needs, risks, trade-offs, and success measures.
• Balance competing priorities across initiatives with customer value, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Partner with Engineering and Product colleagues through planning, refinement, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams solve the right problems by providing clear context and success criteria.
