Job summary

3E is seeking a Product Manager to join the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. This role offers ownership from day one, turning complex customer and business problems into clear product direction across discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery.

You will shape solutions across our portfolio, including 3E Protect, working with engineering, customer experience, sales, marketing, and operations to balance value, priorities, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading customer- and business-facing initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Experience evaluating and improving business software and apps.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and define clear path forward.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, priorities, and solution approaches.
• Clarify needs, risks, trade-offs, and success metrics in ambiguous problems.
• Balance customer value, business goals, and technical constraints while prioritizing initiatives.
