3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety product team. This forward-looking role lets you own direction from discovery through delivery, balancing customer value with business priorities across Regulatory Compliance, EHS, and content-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to shape solutions for 3E Protect and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in product management or related field.
• B2B SaaS product management or enterprise platform experience.
• Experience turning customer problems into requirements with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• US work authorization in states where 3E hires.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams throughout delivery.
• Lead launch readiness and adoption tracking for assigned product areas.
