3E is seeking a Product Manager to join our Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will own meaningful ownership from discovery to requirements, prioritization and delivery, shaping solutions across the portfolio including 3E Protect.

You’ll balance customer value, business priorities and technical constraints across diverse teams, delivering measurable outcomes. The role supports an experienced PM path with collaboration across Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives from discovery to prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption and improvement.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, refinement, development, testing, release and post-launch improvement.
• Develop understanding of customers and workflows through research, feedback and cross-functional partnerships.
• Communicate product direction, decisions and progress to technical, commercial, customer-facing and leadership audiences.
