Job summary

XRHealth Inc. is seeking a Product Manager who will own the patient journey from enrollment through ongoing engagement. You will work closely with patients, clinicians, and support teams to prioritize product improvements and drive better care delivery.

The role requires 3–5+ years in product management, strong user research skills, and comfort with analytics tools to extract insights that inform roadmaps and experiments.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in digital health or related field.
• Hands-on experience owning funnel, activation, or engagement metrics.
• Strong user research skills and ability to turn feedback into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment and engagement metrics across the patient journey, including onboarding and retention.
• Monitor product usage data to spot trends, friction points, and opportunities.
• Run structured feedback loops with patients, clinicians, and support teams.
• Translate feedback and data into well-defined problems and user stories for engineering.
• Partner with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Support to improve enrollment flows.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots, workflow changes) and report outcomes.
• Be the voice of patient and clinician in product discussions and explain changes.
• Keep product docs, release notes, and internal training current.
