Job summary

Center for Orthopedic Research and Education is seeking a senior product manager to own the patient intake product roadmap and lead discovery with clinical and operational stakeholders. You will define requirements, collaborate with engineering and UX, and drive product outcomes aligned with care delivery goals.

You will guide cross‑functional teams through Agile sprints, monitor KPIs, and present strategy and roadmaps to senior leadership and clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the patient intake product roadmap across clinical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery through interviews, user research, and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions.
• Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering and UX teams.
• Facilitate cross‑functional discovery and planning sessions aligning product direction with goals and constraints.
• Support shift to product‑centric, outcome‑focused delivery within patient intake products.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to align workflows with care delivery goals.
• Collaborate with engineering in Agile sprints to prioritize backlog and ensure quality releases.
• Define and track KPIs to measure feature adoption and platform health.
