Job summary

XRHealth, a leader in immersive healthcare technology, is seeking a Product Manager to own the patient journey from first touch through enrollment and ongoing engagement. You will work closely with patients, clinicians, and support teams to translate feedback into prioritized product improvements.

You’ll analyze usage data, run structured interviews, and craft clear requirements for engineering and design while collaborating with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Support to optimize

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital health or telehealth.
• Hands-on experience owning funnel, activation, or engagement metrics.
• Strong user research skills with experience interviewing end users.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment and engagement metrics across the patient journey, from onboarding to retention.
• Monitor product usage data to spot trends and share insights with leadership.
• Run structured feedback loops with patients, clinicians, and support teams.
• Translate feedback and data into clear problems, user stories, and requirements for engineering and design.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Support to improve enrollment flows and in-product engagement.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots) and report outcomes.
• Advocate for patient and clinician needs in product discussions and trainings.
