Job summary

XRHealth Inc. is seeking a Product Manager who will own the patient journey from first touch through enrollment and ongoing engagement. You will work closely with patients, clinicians, and support to translate feedback and usage data into clear priorities for product and engineering teams.

In this hands-on role, you will analyze dashboards, participate in calls, and write crisp product requirements, helping improve enrollment flows and in-product engagement across a regulated health context.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in digital health or related field.
• Hands-on experience owning funnel, activation, or engagement metrics and improving them.
• Strong user research skills and ability to translate feedback into actionable product work.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment and engagement metrics across the patient journey—from onboarding to retention.
• Monitor product usage data to identify trends and friction points, sharing insights with leadership.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, usability sessions, and ticket reviews to close feedback loops.
• Translate feedback and data into well-defined user stories and requirements for engineering and design.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Support to improve enrollment flows and in-product engagement.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pilots) and report outcomes.
• Be the voice of the patient and clinician in product discussions and help teams understand changes.
