Job summary

Pennant Services is seeking a Product Manager to simplify and accelerate the technology clinicians and operations teams use daily. You will extend the EMR foundation, connect it with surrounding products, and focus on revenue growth, margins, and patient care outcomes.

You will work with a small cross-functional team including engineers, designers, and a product analyst, reporting to product leadership. Location is Utah or remote, with a full-time role focused on improving care delivery and

Qualifications

5+ years of product-related experience in healthcare or workflow-heavy SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with a home health or hospice EMR as a user, administrator, implementer or product partner.
End-to-end product ownership including discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery and measurement.

Responsibilities

Partner with clinicians, field and back-office staff to understand end-to-end patient journey.
Define and ship solutions that reduce clicks and improve adoption.
Shape backlog, write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver releases with value quickly.
Coordinate with design to ensure intuitive product experiences for clinicians and staff.
Measure results post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback.
Evaluate feasibility for EMR integrations, APIs and data flows.
