Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management capacity.
• Experience working with patient support programs, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare service platforms is required; strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong relationships earning the trust and respect of stakeholders and engineers.
• Understands market, industry and customer requirements and translates those requirements into features, functions and use cases.
• Owns and manages development of roadmap features and prioritization.
• Leads product discovery work to improve predictability and ROI for development work.
• Supports launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination and presentations.
