Job summary

Color Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the patient-facing digital experience, including the patient home dashboard, action items, and engagement features. You will partner with engagement marketing, sales, customer success, and clinical teams to drive patient outcomes for four key personas: Early Detection, Active Treatment, Survivors and Caregivers.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer experiences that drive engagement, retention, and activation.
Lifecycle and re-engagement programs across cross-channel journeys (in-product, email, push, SMS).
Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated/high-trust domains.
High bar for UX, content, and interaction design with designers.
Fluency with experimentation and product analytics; defining metrics and tests.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for patient-facing product and home dashboard.
Drive patient engagement metrics: activation, re-engagement, screening completion.
Evolve the patient app into a motivational, self-serve entry point.
Design lifecycle journeys across email, push, in-product, and other channels.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and care operations to deliver improvements.
Embed AI deeply to personalize interactions at scale.
Align across clinicians, AI platform, marketing, sales, and customer success.
