We're looking for a Product Manager who loves being close to the people who use our product. In this role, you'll own the patient's journey from first touch through enrollment and ongoing engagement, figuring out where patients drop off, why they stay, and what we can build or change to help more of them get the care they need.
You’ll spend real time with patients, clinicians, and our support team, turning what you hear and what the usage data shows into clear priorities for our product and engineering teams. This is a hands‑on role for someone who's equally comfortable digging into a dashboard, sitting in on a support call, and writing a crisp product requirement.
In person at our Needham, MA office to start, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days per week in office. Candidates must be based within commuting distance.
