Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Product Manager for its IT product management team in Nashville. You will drive product vision and roadmaps, collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, and contribute to continuous delivery with data-driven decisions.

You will participate in SAFe ceremonies, own features, and ensure user-centric experiences while protecting sensitive information and maintaining compliance. Office presence required with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management across the full digital lifecycle.
• 2+ years using Scaled Agile/SAFe in Scrum teams.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Github.
• Proficient with browser dev tools to test features and troubleshoot bugs.
• Curious, adaptable, collaborative with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience handling sensitive information and protecting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of product domains and workflows.
• Manage products from vision to launch and support, delivering features iteratively.
• Create roadmaps and coordinate with business leaders and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with other product managers for alignment across products.
• Engage in SAFe ART ceremonies and act as Feature Owner / Product Owner.
• Lead user research to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
• Work with UX/UI to design intuitive product experiences.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and HR requirements are respected during development.
