Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Nashville is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer Lead/Manager to drive hands-on development and lead an agile team. You will mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product management to deliver high-quality web applications.

You will guide a three‑to‑five person team, ensure code quality, and stay current with industry trends while delivering scalable software in a hybrid Nashville office environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end knowledge with Node.js/Express, Django or Rails.
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Experience building large SPAs with complex state management.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap, Semantic-UI, Material or Tailwind.
• Experience writing unit/integration tests with Jest, Chai or Cypress.
• Experience leading a team and performing code reviews for security and quality.
• Familiarity with Git and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
