Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to guide the Product Management team within our IT organization and to lead products through end‑to‑end lifecycle. The role emphasizes driving productivity for clients, agents, executives, assistants, and partners while delivering intuitive, user‑centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management across the digital lifecycle.
• 4+ years using SAFe and Scrum-based Agile teams.
• Experience in Sports, Media and Entertainment preferred.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Understand products and business domains you lead.
• Manage vision to launch and ongoing support with iterative features.
• Coordinate with other PMs for alignment across lines.
• Lead in SAFe ART as Feature Owner and Product Owner.
• Oversee PM work as needed based on priorities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and engineering to deliver intuitive experiences.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, HR requirements in development.
• Use user research and feedback to validate product hypotheses.
