CACI International seeks a Product Manager to support, plan, deliver, and lifecycle manage HR applications and related enterprise capabilities. This role bridges business stakeholders, functional users, and technical delivery teams to ensure HR investments align with mission needs and modernization goals.

The ideal candidate brings SAFe Agile experience and familiarity with PeopleSoft, and can define priorities, manage backlogs, coordinate releases, and drive continuous improvement across HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Manager/Owner or similar role for enterprise applications.
• Experience in SAFe environment with backlog mgmt, PI planning, cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for HR applications within the Corporate portfolio.
• Translate business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities with stakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs and release plans in a SAFe environment.
• Support PI planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate enhancements, integrations, and sustainment for PeopleSoft-based HR systems.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and propose mitigations.
