Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join its IT Product Management team and lead products through the full lifecycle from vision to ongoing support.

You will collaborate with engineering, design and business leaders to deliver intuitive, high-impact products, prioritise roadmaps, and foster scalable processes within a SAFe framework. This role is based in Los Angeles with regular in-office presence.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in product management across digital product lifecycle.
• 4+ years using SAFe and Scrum-based Agile teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and GitHub.
• Familiar with Chrome developer tools for testing and debugging.
• Curious, adaptable and security-conscious with data privacy in mind.

Responsabilidades

• Lead products from vision to launch and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Represent Product Owner in SAFe ART ceremonies and PI Planning.
• Mentor junior product managers and manage a team over time.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and HR requirements are represented.
• Gather customer feedback and validate hypotheses using data.
