Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Product Manager for HR Applications within the Customers Corporate Applications portfolio. Define the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives and user needs.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and program leadership to translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage backlogs in a SAFe Agile environment. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in product management or related role for enterprise apps.
• Experience in SAFe, backlog management, and PI planning.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR modules and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for HR applications.
• Translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Support PI planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders, developers, and leadership to deliver HR capabilities.
• Manage integrations and sustainment of PeopleSoft-based HR applications.
