Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for HR applications to align investments with mission needs and enterprise modernization. You will bridge business stakeholders, users, and technical teams to drive backlog priorities, releases, and continuous improvement across HR capabilities.

The role requires SAFe experience, PeopleSoft familiarity, and strong collaboration with HR and program leadership to deliver value and maintain compliance. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Manager/Owner roles for enterprise apps.
• Experience in SAFe backlog management, PI planning, cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR modules and enterprise HR processes.
• Ability to translate needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Manager for HR applications within the enterprise portfolio.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities with stakeholders.
• Prioritize backlogs, features, and enablers in a SAFe environment.
• Support PI planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate releases, dependencies, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, data, testing, and infra teams for compliant delivery.
