Job summary
Motion seeks an IT Product Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive customer value through modern product solutions. You will shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps while collaborating with internal business units to deliver impactful IT products from ideation to implementation.
The role requires strong leadership, Agile/SAFe experience, and the ability to manage multiple work streams with vendors and stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of product/IT leadership experience.
- Experience with agile product management and SAFe frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops a collaboration-focused IT product team.
- Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with backlogs.
- Collaborates with internal teams to deliver valuable IT solutions.
- Uses SAFe practices to accelerate delivery and improve value.
- Performs performance reviews and develops staff capabilities.
- Sets priorities, plans workload, and communicates progress.
- Researches build-vs-buy opportunities and engages vendors.
