Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. invites you to join the DeFi Borrow team within the Consumer & Business group to own the end-to-end product experience for crypto-backed lending. You will drive the roadmap, partner across functions, and deliver secure, scalable loan flows across web and mobile.

You will work with risk, compliance, legal, and finance to balance customer experience with regulatory expectations, and build operational rigor for reliability during market volatility.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management shipping financial products at scale.
Experience with lending/credit or DeFi borrowing.
Ability to define multi-quarter strategies and roadmaps.
Familiarity with onchain concepts and DeFi protocols.
Strong quantitative decision-making and clear user experiences.

Responsibilities

Own DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end from vision to launch across web and mobile.
Drive multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans including refinancing and new surfaces.
Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to meet them.
Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences with safety and reliability.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory expectations.
Build launch runbooks, on-call readiness, and incident playbooks for reliability.
