Coinbase recruits a Senior Product Manager to own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end, defining vision, strategy, and delivering features for crypto-backed loans across web and mobile.

You will drive the multi-year roadmap, define OKRs, and lead cross-functional teams with risk, compliance, legal, and finance partners to ensure a secure, scalable lending experience in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale.
• Ability to define multi-quarter strategy, translate to roadmaps and experiments, and deliver measurable results.
• Familiarity with onchain concepts, smart contracts, and DeFi lending protocols.
• Proven use of quantitative analysis to inform decisions and simplify complex financial concepts.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end, from vision through launch and iteration.
• Drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans and new product surfaces.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against them.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences balancing speed, safety, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a great user experience.
• Build launch runbooks and incident playbooks to keep DeFi Borrow reliable during volatility.
