Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end, spanning vision, strategy, and execution for crypto-backed loans across web and mobile.

You will drive a multi-year roadmap and define OKRs while partnering with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to balance speed with safety and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes scalable, reliable loan flows amid market volatility.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Product Management shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale, including lending/credit/collateralized products.
• Ability to define multi-quarter strategy, translate to roadmaps and experiments, and deliver growth/portfolio-health results.
• Familiarity with onchain concepts, smart contracts, and DeFi lending protocols (Morpho, Aave, Compound).
• Quantitative analysis to inform decisions and simplify complex financial concepts for users.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end from vision to execution across web and mobile.
• Drive multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans including loan flows, management, refinancing, and new surfaces.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to meet them.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences with safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory expectations while preserving UX.
• Build launch runbooks, on-call readiness, degraded-UI strategies, and incident playbooks for reliability.
