Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the DeFi Borrow team within the Consumer & Business group.

You will own the end-to-end product experience for crypto-backed borrowing, bridging Coinbase's centralized platform with onchain lending protocols to deliver simple, secure loan flows. You will define the next generation of onchain credit products, working with risk, compliance, and finance to maintain regulatory alignment while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale, including lending/credit.
• Demonstrated ability to define multi-quarter strategy and translate into roadmaps and experiments.
• Familiarity with onchain concepts and DeFi lending protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end from vision to execution.
• Drive multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans across loan origination and management.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against them.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences with safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory requirements while keeping a strong customer experience.
• Build launch runbooks and incident playbooks to keep DeFi Borrow reliable during volatility.
