Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the DeFi Borrow experience within the Consumer & Business group. You will define the next generation of onchain credit products by aligning crypto-backed loans with onchain protocols, delivering simple, secure, and scalable loan flows.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure regulatory alignment while maintaining an excellent customer experience. This role emphasizes leadership and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale, including lending or collateralized product.
• Ability to define and drive multi-quarter strategy, translate into roadmaps and experiments.
• Familiarity with onchain concepts and DeFi lending protocols to partner with engineers.
• Proven use of quantitative analysis to inform product decisions and simplify financial concepts.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end from vision to execution and iteration across web and mobile.
• Drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans, including origination, management, refinancing, and new surfaces.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against them.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences balancing speed, safety, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory expectations while preserving a great customer experience.
• Build operational rigor with runbooks, on-call readiness, and incident playbooks for DeFi Borrow.
