Coinbase is seeking a product leader to own the DeFi Borrow experience end-to-end, spanning web and mobile. You will shape the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans, define success metrics, and align with engineering to ship reliable borrowing flows.

In collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance, you will balance innovation with regulatory controls, build launch playbooks, and drive measurable improvements in user experience and reliability during volatile markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale, including lending, credit, or collateralized products.
• Ability to define multi-quarter strategy, translate into roadmaps and experiments, and deliver growth-oriented results.
• Familiarity with onchain concepts and DeFi lending protocols to collaborate with engineers.
• Proven use of quantitative analysis to inform decisions and simplify complex concepts for consumers.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows and quality.

Responsabilités

• Own DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end across vision, strategy, launch, and iterations.
• Drive multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans including origination, management, refinancing, and surfaces.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to meet them.
• Partner with Engineering to ship resilient, scalable borrowing experiences and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to balance innovation with regulatory requirements.
