Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the DeFi Borrow team within the Consumer & Business group. You will own the end-to-end product experience for crypto-backed lending, bridging Coinbase's platform with onchain lending protocols to deliver simple, secure loan flows.

Lead the multi-year roadmap, define OKRs, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure regulatory alignment while delivering a strong customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale.
• Experience with lending, credit, or collateralized products (e.g., margin, secured loans, DeFi borrowing).
• Familiarity with onchain concepts, smart contracts, and DeFi lending protocols to partner with engineers.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and experiments with measurable results.
• Ability to use quantitative analysis to inform product decisions and improve user experience.

• Own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end, from vision and strategy through execution, launch, and ongoing iteration across web and mobile.
• Drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans and related product surfaces.
• Define OKRs across workstreams and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable, secure borrowing experiences with reliable loan workflows.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory expectations while maintaining user experience.
• Build operational rigor through launch runbooks, on-call readiness, and incident playbooks.
