Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a product leader to own the HR modules, shaping the product strategy and roadmap while translating market needs into clear specifications for Engineering, UX, and Testing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners without formal authority, present the product vision to executive leadership and customers, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch while staying current on HR/HCM trends and regulatory changes.
