Job summary

Vroom is seeking an HRIS/Workday Operations Analyst to optimize HR technology and deliver a simple user experience across HR processes.

You will configure core HCM in Workday, gather requirements with stakeholders, build reports and dashboards, and train teammates to broaden Workday knowledge. You will mentor HR Operations colleagues and create training materials while ensuring data accuracy, security roles, and effective issue remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Workday HCM and related modules.
• Ability to gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience training end-users and mentoring HROps peers.

Responsibilities
