Qualifications

• 4+ years in product with B2B SaaS or HR-tech/fintech experience.
• Strong product fundamentals and excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience with platform-level products involving data models and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the payroll calculation and reporting layer to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Improve how payroll issues are surfaced and resolved, reducing escalations.
• Build and maintain a country-specific payroll and compliance knowledge base.
