Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Marketing Manager for AI Developer Tools in California to own the product-led growth lifecycle marketing for AWS AI developer tools, guiding developers from discovery to activation and paid conversion with data-driven programs.

You will develop technical content, implement in-product and cross-channel campaigns, and collaborate with product, data science, demand generation, events, and field teams to move developers through the adoption funnel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle marketing programs that move developers through the adoption journey.
• Define and instrument activation milestones in partnership with product and data science teams.
• Analyze developer lifecycle cohort behavior, identify friction points, and run experiments to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across channels that drive awareness and adoption among developers building with AI.
• Create compelling developer-facing content that communicates the value of our AI developer tools.
• Own channel performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and developer engagement signals.
• Support marketing presence at developer events, conferences, and community moments.
• Collaborate with demand generation, field marketing, and developer relations teams to build integrated programs.
• Build and grow a bench of referenceable developers and advocates.
