Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Manager for AI Developer Tools to lead product-led growth lifecycle marketing that drives developer awareness, activation, and paid conversion.

You will craft developer-centric content and campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, translating complex AI concepts into clear narratives for technical audiences. You will collaborate with product, developer relations, demand generation, events, and field teams to deliver integrated programs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle marketing programs across channels.
• Define activation milestones in collaboration with product and data teams.
• Analyze developer lifecycle metrics and optimize funnel conversion.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across web, email, social, and events.
• Create developer-facing content (blogs, tutorials, landing pages, videos, webinars).
• Own channel performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
